It is nestled on a hill with amazing view which will take your breath away, enroute from Kottayam to Thekkady, in a world-renowned tourist destination, called Panchalimedu. It is named afer the village called Koiadu which means the place of Koina(a tree that was used as the medicine for Malaria in olden days) It is a self Service Home stay, run by 2 elderly persons to support themselves and the local community. Advance booking and payment required to secure the rooms.

It is perfect home stay for the nature lovers. Awesome view, mini fridge in the room. Tea coffee making machines. During the day it may be a bit warmer. But there is fan in the room. At night it is great to sleep. There is a small Dog who minds us through out night
